• Frequently use roasts or recipes you've never tried before, where tweaking is most important.
• Want to learn more about how coffee works

It's probably not your thing if you:

• Brew with a single-serve capsule machine.
• Mostly pull espresso. Support for the dedicated system necessary will be added down the road.

• locally owned and operated
• committed to specialty coffee
• fewer than five locations

Better to be great at one thing than mediocre at a few. This app does something fairly novel that is a complement to the great many recipe options people have carefully curated. This is definitely on the roadmap, though.

Yes! The logic of which crucial parameters can be easily tracked is just different than pour overs, so this will require some more dedicated attention.
